The hotel has a range of spacious room types to suit guests' needs, including motel style rooms, larger rooms with a kitchenette, pet friendly rooms and even a beautifully appointed miners cottage.

Reef HQ Aquarium and The Strand are a 15-minute walk each from the hotel. The ferry terminal to Magnetic Island is 1.5 km away. The Rooms
The Standard Room has an ensuite bathroom, tv, air-con and comes with a Queen size bed, while the Standard Family Room room is split in two by a connecting door. In one area is a double bed, flat screen television, and ensuite bathroom. The next area has two sets of bunk beds and a flat-screen tv. There are also Standard Family Rooms with Cooking available, for those who wish to be able to dine in the comfort of their own room. The kitchen comes with a full-size fridge, microwave, and hot plates, plus all the extras to make a family dinner. There is a double bed and ensuite bathroom, plus a sofa bed.

The Executive Room featuring a Queen size bed offers all amenities and more personal space. Some come with a balcony as well. There are also Executive Rooms available that have a kitchenette. The Executive Two Bedroom The combination gives you both the normal Executive room and the Kitchenette. There is also extra room for to spread out. And because there are separate sleeping areas, it’s perfect for a little privacy.

The Loft is like a mini-apartment; downstairs a living area, and upstairs a sleeping area, with a high ceiling and natural light. It comes with a Queen bed and a fold-out sofa, cooking facilities, dining area, and private laundry. This room can be combined with an Executive Room that has two Queen beds and a set of bunk beds, making it a two-bedroom apartment.

For something special, the hotel also has a Cottage, a beautiful miner’s house from the 1880’s styled to embrace its original heritage. There are two bedrooms, a kitchen, two verandahs, a living area, and a large back yard - Great choice for families or a group of friends.

The Facilities
Set amongst tropical gardens, the lagoon style pool features a heated and open spa, waterfall and a children's wading area. Guests can also enjoy the free BBQ facilities and prepare a dinner the local way. The supermarket Woolworths is located only two blocks away to purchase any food for the BBQ and the friendly Reception team can assist with utensils.

The Sidewalk Café & Bar serves breakfast and dinner in a relaxed atmosphere with a personal touch. Chef Minsuk cooks mainly with organic herbs and vegetables, home grown in Nonna’s garden.
