Alto Hotel on Bourke is Melbourne's multi-award winning apartment hotel and is one of the few environmentally friendly rated hotels in Melbourne's CBD. It offers apartment living with hotel-style hospitality.
We love the hotel's central location and just outside of the hotel there is a station that takes guests to the shopping district for free. There are lots of restaurants and pubs and shopping malls near the hotel.
The Rooms
Guests can choose from Petite Queen Rooms, Studio Apartments, or 1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartments.
The rooms are decorated in warm tones, and have a granite bathroom with guest toiletries. Each room has a refrigerator, and most rooms also include a well-equipped kitchenette or kitchen.

The A Lounge restaurant offers a varied menu based on seasonal, locally sourced produce. The bar features a large range of Victorian wines, and has an open fireplace in winter. It is open for breakfast seven days a week, and for dinner only during weekdays.
